Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your reservation. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

1. Full payment is charged at the time of room reservation.
2. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued only if the cancellation is made before 48 hours of the check-in date.
3. If the cancellation is made before 48 hours of the check-in date, a refund of 30% of the total payment will be issued.
4. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the check-in date, no refund will be issued.
5. We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
